Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

At Didon Awards, we understand that issues may occasionally occur during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@didonawards.com and include clear photos of the damage.


Refunds / Replacements

Once we have verified the issue, we will process a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. All damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery to confirm engraving accuracy and overall condition.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
